Attys: I need payo about the NBI Clearance of my friend that has been HIT even if she has a very unique name. She told me that, she has an unpaid balance of 350,000KRW when she bought a phone in a retailer/foreigner phone store in Korea last Oct 2016 before she went back here in PH last Jan 2017. And the seller told her that his co-founder went here last year to make a GD in the police with her photo. But she did not know if the seller's co-founder really went here to make a GD. Is it possible because of that she had been HIT in NBI Clearance? I am really hoping and will wait for you replies. Thank you so much.

Gusto kung itanong if ngayon lang ba sya nagkahit status? There are so many reasons why a person receive a hit status in the NBI. It maybe dahil may pending or ongoing case; may warrant of arrest na nakabinbin may kapangalan ka na may pending case or maaring dahil scholar siya sa DOST. Hindi ko masasabi if this is in relation sa unpaid balance niya dahil kung talagang may kaso siya makakatanggap siya ng summons tungkol dito. Kung hit sya ang NBI will schedule him/her for an interview so mas mabuting pumunta sya at alamin kung bakit siya hit.

Hello Ma'am. It's her first time po to get an NBI and her status was HIT. All I know po is that's the only reason she thought baka ganoon nag ka HIT? Pero dba? She will know naman if someone filed a case against her po dba? Natatakot po sya. Baka dun hnd sya makahanap ng local job.

Hindi naman siguro ako nga Hit din pero dahil sa scholarship ko takot din pero ng nalaman ko wala ng problema. Sa kanya baka may kapangalan lang. Yong unpaid balance niya hindi naman basta2x makacollect sila dito lalo na if maliit lang ang amount baka mas malaki pa ang gastusin ng complainant pambayad sa abogado kaysa sa collectable amount. You will receive summons if she has case in court.

Kahit po very unique name po yung name nya? :) hopefully po sana wala tlgang problem sa NBI nya. Natatakot nga sya ma'am. Hehe. Anyway, very thankful for your responses ma'am. Pero sometimes ma'am meron bang lahit walang kapangalan mistaken lg po? Pwd po yan? :)

Hindi natin masasabing walang kapareha ang pangalan sa ilang million mga Filipino nakaregister. Hindi naman sila mag iisue ng hit status kung walang basihan so the best way is to know during the interview schedule with NBI personnel para matapos ang pag alala.

Walang aresto o kulong sa collection case pero kung kriminal may kulong. Kung may kaso sya makakatangap naman sya ng summons tungkol dito. You're welcome po.
