May anak po akong 4 years old at hindi pa po sya napa rehistro. Gusto ko po syang erehistro dto sa maynila pero duon po ko po sya pinanganak sa probinsya. Nandun lang din po yung hospital record nya sa probinsya kng saan ko sya pinanganak. Gusto ko din po e apelyedo sa tatay nya pero wala po dto ang tatay nya nasa probinsya po. Anu po pwede kng gawin para maerehistro ko po sya. Salamat po sa sasagot.

Mas mabuting doon ka nalang magparegister kung saan nakatira ang tatay ng bata dahil he has to sign the acknowledgment of the birth certificate of your child. Most of the requirements kukunin mo din naman sa lugar kung saan sya naipanganak isa na dito yong baptismal, hospital records etc. Madali lang naman ang processing as long as complete na ang mga requirements that the Civil Registery ask you to comply.
