Ang regla ay galing sa makapal na dingding ng matres na sana kakapitan ng bata, dahil wala namang batang nabuo lumalabas siya bilang regla. Kaya't inaadvise ng mga doktor na gumamit muna ng injection or dmpa para hindi kumapal ang dingding ng matres at walang reglang lalabas.
