Unang-una makipag areglo ka muna sa complainant kung papayag siya dapat mag execute sya ng affidavit of desistance at ipasubscribe ito sa Prosecutor. Kung nakafile na ang kaso sa korte at mayroon ng kayong affidavit desistance maaring mag motion na ang lawyer ninyo to dismiss the case.
