About sa last sahod ko, 1st time ko po kaseng magtrabaho. Makukuha ko pa po ba last na sahod ko kahit awol na. Kase po nung magreresign nako parang pinapatagal ng coordinator namin yun pag resign ko kase po pag kausap ko sya sa chat lagi po syang may palusot kesyo wala sya sa company,nakauwi na sya at etc. At sya lang daw po ang pwede magreceive ng resignation letter ko. At eto naman ako oo ng oo kase walang alam. Tapos nagdecide na po kong pumunta ng office then pwede naman pala dun sa isang coordinator namin. At eto namang isa antayin ko daw po sa sahuran which is nung kahapon lang. Tapos antay po ako ng antay hanggamg sa sinabing bukas nalang daw. Then ngayon naman nagchat saken na awol na daw ako. Di daw po tinanggap resignation ko:( Eh kailangang kailangan ko po ngayon kase may sakit ako:( Papakita ko po convo namin ng coordinator ko sa fb. Kung sakaling kailangan... Salamat po sa sasagot.

Ibig mong sabihin hindi ka nagfile ng resignation letter through chat lang ang ginawa mo sa coordinator kaya ang status mo ay AWOL? Kasin kung hindi against the law naman ang ginawa mo maari ka kasing makasuhan ng damages if walang formal na paalam sa company tapos nagsuffer ng damage ang company dahil sa pag abandon ng iyong trabaho ng walang paalam. Pwede namang i waive ng company ang claim for damages at maaring bibigyan ka parin ng remaining days na pinagtatrabahuan mo kaya lang kailangan mo muna magpaclearance sa inyong HR/accounting dept. etc. Hindi naman agad makukuha ang last pay kasi ipaprocess pa nila may iba nga after 1 month na. So, ang dapat mong gawin makipag usap kay sa inyong HR at tanungin mo kung ano ang iba pang mga requirements na dapat mong i comply bago pa makukuha ang last pay mo.
