They texted my sister that if i dont pay the loan they will issue warrant of arrest against me and my loan will end this september 2018, not yet ending to pay.im jobless now in Philippines so they can forcexme to pay it directly? Im applying to abroad again, is it true that they will arrest me if they caught me in airport. Hindi kopo lalayasan loan ko babayaran kopo yon sa katunayan ibinigay ko yong card ko doon sa kaibigan ko sa hongkong dahil magpapadala ako pera sa kanya ay yong card na yon gagamitin yon sa pagbayad ng loan ko. Please help me, i wanted to know if the poea will stop me in airport. I need to go abroad just to pay my loan but as of now i dont money to pay them and my loan date ended this coming september 2018. Hindi ko alam ang law sa ibang bansa lalo na sa Hongkong but since the crime ay ginawa mo sa ibang bansa wala silang jurisdiction na magfile ng kaso dito laban sa iyo. If ever may mga affiliate sila sa ating bansa o kaya naghihire ng collecting agent usually nagpapadala lang yan ng treat letter o kaya tatawagan para takutin ka pero hanggang doon lang yon. If ever mag abroad ka uli at sa Hongkong din if may pending case kana doon siguradong mahuhuli ka sa immigration nila. Pero kung ikaw ay pupunta sa ibang bansa wala din namang jurisdiction ang immigration ng ibang bansa tungkol dito. If gusto mo talagang bayaran ito make sure that you have all the necessary receipts and ask for clearance from that company if fully paid na baka maloko ka.

Same problem, may 3 months pa along balance cost less than 5000hkd kaso dahil sa interest nagging 40000plus hkd na. Ayaw nilang mapakiusapan gusto nila full amount.ngaun ung collecting agent dto sa pinas namimilit. They are demanding a big amount kahit mabawasan man LNG sana ung interest. If nagfile sila ng kaso laban sa iyo dito sa ating bansa talagang mahold ka sa immigration natin. Kung babalik ka uli sa Hongkong maaaring mahohold ka rin pagdating doon. Maari mo naman sabihin ang iyong plano sa collecting agent dito na kung pwede pakiusapan yong principal nila na babalik ka at doon mo nalang ipagpatuloy ang pagbabayad kasi kung dito ka magbabayad hindi natin alam kung sila ay authorized talaga at maaring mas lalaki ang utang dahil may dagdag charge na. It is better for you to directly contact the principal para pakiusapan mo if sa Hongkong ka rin babalik na willing ka to settle this account after all malayo pa naman ang maturity date of the entire loan agreement. However, if sa ibang bansa ka magtatrabaho wala namang jurisdiction ang Hongkong sa ibang bansa so pwede kang makapagtrabaho kaya lang ang collecting agent ay patuloy na maniningil sa iyo.

If di po ba kaagad mabayaran may possible na magkaso cla ata sheriff ako? Wla po aqng kahit among ari Arian. Kahit bahay wla nakikitira LNG po AQ.
