Excuse me po, travel agency? So, hindi po overseas employment agency? Ibig sabihin nito'y hindi kayo OFW under a POEA-approved contract?
Kayo po ay may contract, so, kung ano po ang nasa contract ninyo, iyon ang inyong mga rights. So, if under the contract you signed, they are supposed to get you a ticket on a specific date and the travel agency failed to get you a ticket on that date, then you can file a case for damages.
Actually, this is a site for OFWs -- for people who leave on a work visa to work in another country. This is not geared for people who leave the country on a tourist visa to go on a holiday abroad. Iba po kasi ang mga rights and iba din po ang mga laws that protect OFWs.
