Saan ko po ba pwedeng ireklamo ang developer ng subdivision namin?
Nabagsakan po kasi ng puno ang bahay namin nuong September 2018 nung bumagyo. Nayupi ang bubong at nasira ang pader ng bahay. NSinimulan naman nung developer ang pagputol ng puno nuong una , pero dahil nasira daw ang powersaw nila na pamutol sa puno, nahinto ang pag putol at hangang ngayon ay hindi pa rin natatangal ang puno na nakabagsak sa bubong ng bahay.
Halos araw araw ako nag fofollow up sa kanila, pero ang sabi ng engineer ay wala pa rin daw sila nahahanp na pyesa sa nasira nilang powersaw. Malakas po kasi ang tulo sa loob ng bahay kapag umuulan. 6 na buwan na po ang nakakalipas, pero hindi pa rin nila natatapos ang pagputol sa puno. Paano po ang dapat gawin , at kanino dapat ireklamo ang developer?

Mas mabuting magpagawa po kayo ng demand letter sa isang lawyer para po may evidence po kayo na yan ang nangyayari at nagdemand po kayo na ipaayos it. Take pictures sa damages para i attach po ito. Ibigay po ninyo sa developer ng inyong subdivsion. Kung after wala talagang action that's the time pwede na kayong magfile ng kaso for damages sa kanila.
