Hindi ko po masyadong naintindihan ang hugot na marriage contract, do you mean fake marriage contract? If that's the case wala talagang marriage ceremony na naganap then the marriage contract is null and void dahil you have not complied both the formal and essential requirements of the law plus hindi naman po ito registered sa Civil Registrar if that's the case. Wala dapat na ipadivorce sa Korea if fake naman yan.
