Ilang taon po para matawag kang isang tenant ng isang lupain?

Namatay na po ang orihinal na tenant ng aming sinasakahan, sa aking ama ipinasa verbally ng aking lolo ang pag aalaga at pagpapalago ng aming sakahan. Halos 30 years mahigit na kaming na kaming naninirahan dito.Ngayon namatay ang aking ama, iginigiit ng aking mga tiyuhin at tiya( kapatid ng aking ama) na kailangang mayroon silang hati sa lupa na aming sinasaka, at hindi na daw mayroon ng karapatan ang aking ina dahil nagkanobyo siya(hindi sila kinasal).Ngayon may pinakitang dokumento ang aking isang tiyuhin na hindi namin masyadong maintindihan tungkol sa pagpapatitulo ng aming lupa na hindi alam ng may ari. Matagal na kasing patay ang may ari kayat sa mga pamangkin kami umuupa. Ang tanong ko po kwalipikado po ba kaming tawaging tenant kahit hawak ng kapatid ng aking ama ang mga naiwan na dokumento at pwede po bang dumulog sa DAR upang maayos ang problema sa alitan ng dalawang "tenant", pwede po bang hati hatiin ang pagiging tenant sa isang leasehold na agricultural land?

Unang-una dapat ninyong basahin ang titulo na naiaward sa tunay na may ari nito. Maari kasing ang process ng pagpapasa ng ownership is by way of succession only. Ibig sabihin if nawala na ang tunay na may ari maaring maipasa lang ito sa kanyang mga immediate relatives. Maari rin namang maibinta sa ibang tao after the lapse of a certain period of time from issuance po nito. Kailangang balikan at basahin ang nasabing titulo. Ngayon ang pagiging heirs sa pagka intindi ko ay ang mga taong nagcultivate ng tuloy2x sa nasabing lupain. Mas nakabubuting rehistrado kayo sa DAR para protektado ang mga karapatan ninyo. In your case mas mabuting pumunta sa office of the Municipal Agrarian Reform office sa inyong municipyo para sa kaukulang advise na maibigay sa inyo o kaya maresolve ang dispute sa pagitan ng mga ibang tenants na sinasabi po ninyo.
