I’m an OFW I have On going trial for Criminal Case, do I have a Hold Departure Order?

Dito ba sa ating bansa ang pending criminal case mo? Under DOJ Department Circular No. 41 Hold Departure Order shall be issued only in criminal cases within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Regional Trial Courts. xxx Section 1. Hold Departure Order. - The Secretary of Justice may issue an HDO, under any of the following instances:(a) Against the accused, irrespective of nationality, in criminal cases falling within the jurisdiction of courts below the Regional Trial Courts (RTCs).xxx" Maari mong maverify if may HDO ka sa Bureau of Immigration, just present your passport.

Pumunta ka sa Opisina ng Bureau of Immigration verification section magtanong ka if may hold departure order ka ba dalhin mo lang ang iyong passport. Kung hit lang sa NBI pwede pa ring makalabas as long as walang HDO.
