Kailangan if wala po silang madaanan na mas malapit sa highway or road access po. Kaya lang dahil right of way ito at magiging perpetual na po ito kailangang bayaran nila ang portion ng property na makukuha sa inyo property para gawing right of way. Dapat in writing po ang agreement ninyo about this lalo na sa acknowledgment kung magkano ang binayad nila for right of way.
Hindi po kasi sa amin ang lupa at meron din naman po kasi silang madadaanan na accessible (dinadaanan rin po namin) ewan ko lang po kung bakit nahingi pa rin po sila ng right of way. Kapag po ba napatunayan na hindi na po kailangan maglaan ng right of way pwede po ba kami magrefuse?
