Kapag nasa land reform po ba ang lupa pwede ito bawiin ng dating may ari??

Tenant po ang tatay ko at registered ito. Nabigyan na po kami ng Emancipation Patent number kaso na cancel po ito...sa dahilan na hindi namin alam.kahit po tinatanong namin sa DAR hindi nila kami msagot.. an lagi lang sinasabi ay generated lang naman daw. Tinatanong naman namin bakit na cancel an sabi sa amin di nila alam..nanghingi ako ng tulong na maibalik ang lupa sa amin kasi binawi ng dating may ari. Ang sabi pa ng MARO sa chiel legal atty, "kasi daw nakikita ng dating may ari na iba ang gumagalaw ng lupa at nsasaktan kaya binawi" pwede po ba gawin yun n bawiin lang? Lahat naman po aligasyon lamang...matagal n po kasi nila gustong kunin ang lupa kaso lagi sila talo sa kaso... kaya ng mastroke ang tatay ko hinarass na kami...sana po maagot ano ang aking mga katanungan.

Ang pagbibigay kasi ng patent ay subject to a condition lalo na agricultural ito so baka hindi na comply ng iyong tatay ang mga conditions kaya ito narevoke. However, mas mabuti po siguro na lumapit na kayo ng abogado para ipaevaluate ang nasabing agreement baka po may laban pa po kayo niyo. Maari po kayo lumapit sa PAO office para po sa kanilang libreng serbisyo or kaya sa isang pribadong abogado para po matulungan kayo at maiguide po kayo sa tamang gawin. Sa ganitong kaso kailangan na po ang mga ebidensya rin na talagang patuloy na may nagcultivate sa nasabing lupain maaring representative ng tatay po ninyo kung sakaling nagkasakit po siya.
