Kasal po ako pero hiwalay na kami 17yrs na po may pamilya na siya at gusto ko na rin magkaroon uli ng pamilya andito ako sa abudhabi may bf ako single siya na tinangap ako pwede?

Maari po kayong manganak at gamitin ang marriage contract to make it appear na anak yan ng asawa po ninyo kasi automatic magamit yung apelyido ng husband po ninyo kapag ideclare po ninyo na married po kayo. However, talagang kapag gagawin po ninyo yan maari po kayong makasuhan ng adultery at gagamitin na evidence ng husband po ninyo ang Certificate of Live Birth ng bata na hindi naman po niya anak ito. Hindi talaga aangkinin ng asawa ninyo yan. May option po kayong gagawin kaya lang illegal pa rin kasi you will declare sa Certificate of Live Birth ng bata as single ka you need to present Identification card na single po kayo at ilagay nalang po ninyo na unknown ang portion sa Live Birth ng bata. Kaya lang dahil illegal maaring madakip kayo diyan dahil alam kung iba ang batas po nila diyan. So maaring kapag mabuntis ka uuwi kana lang dito sa ating bansa at sa hospital you will declare your status as single. So both ways you will be taking the risk. Magfile nalang po kayo ng annulment of your marriage sa husband po ninyo. Once maannul na po ang marriage yung ka live in po ninyo ngayon maaring i recognize na niya ang bata na anak niya. Kailangan lang po ninyong pumunta sa PSA para sa mga requirements po nito kung saan ang bata ay maaring gagamitin na po niya ang apelyido ng ka live in po ninyo.
