Nakadepende kasi kung ano kasong ang naifile sa inyo. If kriminal case may prescription ang crimes kung mabibigat matagal din ang prescription for example oral defamation and slander by deed shall prescribe in six months. Light offenses prescribe in two months. So nakadepende po sa kaso.
