Kelan ko po bang magbayad para makuha yung passport ko sa agency na hindi ako napaalis within the expected period of time?

Last December 2018, nahired po ako as a teacher bound to Riyadh, KSA sa isang international school na ang involved pong agency ay Bright International Manpower Agency. They said po that i'll be leaving in less than 1 month, kasi nakaready na daw po visa. They made me wait for months, since January pa up to now, pero ang nasasabi lang nila ngayon ay wala pa daw balita sa visa, di p rin daw naayos kasi may bago daw policy sa Saudi.
Thanks po in advance.
