Kapag po ba ang kasong isinampa sa police at wala ng nag aupdate makalipas ang ilang taon ito po ba ay automatic na dismiss?

Siguro baka sa fiscal pa lang nadismiss na ito at hindi na umabot sa korte pa kasi kapag naifile ito sa korte maaring nakaarchive ito. Nacheck po ba NBI clearance ninyo usually magrereflect yan if you have pending case. Kung wala baka na nagprescribe or nadismiss na ito.
