Reklamo sa barangay: Namato ng bato sa born again Christian worship service

May tanong lang po sana ako about sa isang kaso namin dito sa Barangay...Ganito po kasi ang nangyari: Nung July 26, 2015 (Sunday) po kasi may nagreklamo sa Barangay na mga kinatawan ng Born Again Christian dahil pinamatok po sila ng bato habang sila ay nagwo-workship service. Ayon po sa mga ito ilang beses na po yon ginagawa sa kanila nung taong namatok sa kanila pero non lang nila binigyan ng aksyon dahil muntik na pong may tinamaan ng bato. Nagpa-blotter po sila dito sa Barangay bago po sila nagdiretso sa pulis station dahil na rin po sa advice ng aming Kapitan dahil ito po ay hindi na sakop ng Barangay..Binlotter po sa police station pero pinabalik na lang sila kinabukasan dahil araw daw po ng Linggo non.

Kinabukasan, nagpunta ng police station ang Pastor na siyang namamahala sa naturang sambahan ngunit bumalik po ito sa Barangay para humingi ng Certificate to File Action dahil iyon daw po ang sabi sa kanya ng pulis na hindi naman po namin maibigay dahil kailangan pa pong magkaroon ng 3 paghaharap sa Barangay bago kami magbigay ng naturang Certificate..Nagtanong po ako sa DILG Officer namin at ang sabi po hindi na po talaga namin sakop ang mga ganong kaso.

Ano po ba ang dapat naming gawin dahil kahit anong pilit po namin na sabihin na hindi na namin sakop ang ganong kaso eh pilit pa rin ibinabalik dito ng mga pulis...Ano po ba ang pwedeng ikaso doon sa taong namatok? Salamat po at nawa ay mabigyan ninyo po ng kasagutan ang aking katanungan....

The events you described may constitute elements of the crimes of Offending Religious Feelings and other violations of the right to free exercise of religion. The Pastor and witnesses for the born-again religious organization must get a lawyer, file a complaint affidavit with the Public Prosecutor's Office to begin the the prosecution.
