Ano tama sa last middle name ng anak ng single mother?

Ano po ba ang tama para sa anak ng single mom na tulad ko? Dapat ba na lagyan ng middle name ng baby ko? Kasi ang nangyari naregister ang baby ko gamit ang middle name ko. Ngayon parang lumalabas na kapatid ko sya. May mga catholic school din kasi na hindi tumatanggap ng walang middle name ang student nila.


Translation: What should a single mother for her son/daughter's last name? Should a middle name be given? Because my baby was registered under my middle name. Now it's appearing as if my baby is my sibling. There are catholic schools that do not accept students without middle names.

Ang ibig mong sabihin, ang iyong anak ay illegitimate -- hindi siya tinatanaw na anak ng kanyang ama, kung kaya't hindi niya ginagamit ang apelyido ng kanyang biological father?

Kasi, ang isang illegitimate child ay dapat na ipangalan sa ina. So, kung ano ang name of mother, iyong din ang name of child. So, kung ang ina ay si "Maria Makiling Biglang-awa" ang kanyang anak ay si "Pedro Makiling Biglang-awa".

Hindi mo siya kapatid dahil sa ang name of mother ay iyong pangalan mo, hindi pangalan ng magulang mo. So, you and your child will have the same middle and last names.
