I have repeatedly been writing here that the length of time that you have been separated from your former spouse is not a ground for annulment. The only ground for annulment is if you can prove that your spouse is psychologically incapacitated from complying with the requisites of marriage. You must prove that your spouse has a personality disorder of some sort that he or she just cannot reciprocate love, affection. Please consult a lawyer so that you can get an evaluation if you have grounds for an annulment.
