Topic: I requested for Cenomar (Certificate of No Marriage) recently when I was in the Philippines., to know if I still have record of my marriage to my son's father. We've been separated since 2008/2009. We were married on October 31, 1996 in Kalookan City in the house of my husband. We thought our marriage is fake because the reverend is fake. When I got the CENOMAR results, it showed that I was married on November 27, 1996. I am now confused when I learned this. My ex-husband now has married another woman. And I am also planning to marry my Singaporean boyfriend. What shoud I do?

At dapat, iyong magkakasal ay may authority to perform marriage.

So, ito ay viable ground for an annulment.

Kailangan mong humarap at tumestigo. So, hindi ito puedeng madaliin.
