Hinate lupa sa Marikina, kunin at itago ang titulo kahit hindi nakapangalan?

Tungkol sa lupa ng pamilya ng asawa koy. Ganito po yun: Kakamatay lang po ng lolo nila nung June. Hinate po ng lolo nila ung lupa at pinirmahan po ung titulo. Tapos po ung ibang anak naman po ng lolo nila dun sa Marikina kinukuha po ung titulo at sila na lang daw po magtatago. Eh hindi naman po sila binigyan ng parte.

May rights po ba silang kunin at itago ung titulo kahit di naman naka pangalan sa kanila? Nag aaway away po sila ngaun dahil lang sa titulo na un! Kailangan ko po ng sagot. Maraming salamat po!

Actually, ang tawag sa titulo Torrens ay "Owner's Copy". So, ang dapat na humawak nito ay iyong registered owner. That is the law. Having possession of the paper title itself does not mean that they are owners. Iyon na nga lang, kasi, dapat yung registered owner ay may hawak noon dahil sa iyong owner lamang ang may karapatang ito'y ibenta, isanla o ipamigay.

kailangan daw po sila ang humawak at magtago nun dahil mas mura daw po babayran dun sa marikina.. yung papa po ng asawa ko ang naka pangalan dun sa titulo.. saka magkano po babayaran pag nagpahati ng lupa? thanks!
