Nag tatrabaho po ako sa Dubai ng mag kasundo kami ng kapatid ko na nasa pinas na bumili ng lupa. Na sa kanya po ang title kasi po malayo po ako. Napatayuan po namin ng maliit na bahay para sa mga magulang namin at sa ibang kapatid, na palipas ng taon nagkaroon na ng mga pamilya. Ang problema po this year ang isa kong kapatid na babae may pamilya, nag paalam sa akin na ayusin ang bahay at palakihin sa kasunduang pam pamilya, pero nag sisimula na ang pag aaway away ng mga kapatid ko at ang nag paayos na ng bahay ang nasusunod. Kung kukunin ko po ba ang titolo ng lupa para naman wala silang pag awayan ano po ang habol ko, at paano po ito.

Topic: I am now working in Dubai and we had an agreement with my sibling in the Philippines to buy a piece of land. The land title is with her, since I am abroad. We had a small house built on this land for our parents and our other siblings, who after some years had their own families. My problem is that this year, one of our siblings (female) who has her own family, asked to have the house renovated and made bigger, so that more space for the family can be provided. Now, my siblings are quarelling and it seems that whoever renovated the house wants to claim that they can make decisions. If I get the title of the land so that they do not fight one another, what is my right?
