Gusto ibalik apelyido sa ina ng bata sa akin, Illegitimate child changing surname

Gusto ko pong ilipat ang apelyido ng anak ko sa apelyido ko. Nakaapelyido kasi sya sa ama nya pero ayaw siyang sustentuhan, kaya gusto kong ibalik apelyido nya sa akin. Anong dapat kong gawin? Salamat


Translation: I would like to change the surname of my son/daughter to my surname. My child's surname is currently that of his/her father, but the father does not want to support the child financially. So I would like to revert my child's surname to that of mine. What should I do?

Talaga? Gusto mong i-deprive ang anak mo ng recognition na siya ay anak ng kanyang ama? Kasi, kung mamatay ang ama ng bata, ang bata ay may karapatang magmana mula sa kanyang ama kung siya ay recognized na anak ng kanyang ama.
Bago ka magdesisyon, isipin mo muna iyon. Bukod dito, puedeng magdemanda ka laban sa ama ng bata para ang bata ay sustentuhan ng ama.
Maiintindihan ko kung bakit gusto mong ipaalis ang pangalan ng ama -- kasi, halimbawa ikaw ay maging green card holder sa US at gusto mong kuhanin ang anak mo, kung ang apelyido niya ay sa ama pa niya, mahihirapan ka. Kung ikaw ay mag-asawa ng foreigner at gustong ampunin noong foreigner ang anak mo, mahihirapan ka din. Think about this and consult a lawyer before you decide.
