May habol ba sa land properties bilang pinakamalapit na kamaganak? Pinsan

May land properties po ang grandaunt ko at tiyohin ko na parehong nakapangalan sa kanilang dalawa. Nauna pong namatay ang grandaunt ko at pagkalipas ng 9 years eh namatay ang tiyohin ko naman na may asawa pero wala silang anak.

Ganoon din po ang grandaunt ko walang asawa at nagiisang anak ang tiyohin ko na pinsan ng tatay ko. Ngayon po sabi ng tiyahin ko na sa kanya na daw lahat ng properties ng relatives ko. May habol po ba kami o ang tatay ko bilang pinsan nya as malapit na kamaganak?

Actually, I don't really understand your story. Please use names to identify the persons. I don't understand how your father is related to your grandaunt or your tiyohin (is your tiyohin the son of your grandaunt?)

Please paki ayos ang kuwento. Give dates para alam ko kung anong mga batas ang applicable. At ang pinakamahalaga, kailangang i-explain mo ang blood ties ninyo. Kasi, hindi ko maintindihan. Post ka ulit.

Example, Jenny is my grandaunt, she is the sister of my grandfather Ambo. Don't use real names to protect people's identities. Okay?

Maria is a sister of my grandmother and Rodrigo is the only son of Maria and Pedro who died in 1960. Maria and Rodrigo had inherited a parcels of land share from Pedro's father as their share of inheritance which was titled to their names in 1990 (Maria and Rodrigo) Maria died in 2004 intestate leaving Rodrigo as only son. Rodrigo also died intestate in January 2015.

Rodrigo made a handwritten note giving cristinas part to me few days before he died but it wasn't dated and signed as it was planned to be legalized (Rodrigo died of cancer and left Ligaya a surviving spouse he married in 1988. Ligaya now claims that all the properties are now to her to enjoy.

Since, the handwritten note are undated and signed. Can we claim Cristina's share as the nearest relative thru my father. Cristina's nephew and Rodrigo's cousin.
