Ibig magkaroon ng legal identity sa pagkatao, inampon ng spinster

anonymous
This person has chosen to hide his/her identity.

Ampon ako ng isang spinster. Pinalaki at pinaaral.

Wala akong impormasyonng makuha. Wala akong hangad sa kung ano ang meron ng ina ko. Ano po ang dapat kong gawin? Maraming salamat po.

Translation: I am an adopted child of a spinster, who took care, brought me up and supported me through school. The whole family also accepted and loved me.

But while my mother was in the hospital, they took all my mom's things. When my mother died, their behaviour towards me all changed. I could not get any evidence of my identity.

I could not get any information. I don't have any intention to get anything from my mother. What should I do?

I really find it difficult to answer your questions. First, you said you were adopted but unless you are adopted through a legal process in court, hindi ka talaga "adopted" -- maaaring pinalaki ka (your were brought up, you were raised, you were treated as family, etc. ) but you were not really "adopted" if there was no adoption process in court.
If you weren't legally adopted, you are not an heir (that may be the reason why your ina's things were taken by her blood relativves, para iyong properties niya, ma-protektahan nila, kasi, sila ang heirs niya in the absence of a child).
You may been treated as family, loved and cared for, but without the legal process, you have no rights kasi, you are not related by blood.
What about your birth certificate -- who appears as your parents in the birth certificate? You must consult a lawyer (bring all the documents you have so that the lawyer can evaluate them.
