Translation: I have been married to a Korean for five years now. We were not married in the Philippines, so I assume that I'm considered single in the Philippines. The problem is that I want to stay in Korea, even after we divorce. If we get divorced, what would happen to my marital status in the Philippines? Do I still need to register in the Philippines that I've been divorced in a marriage that took place in Korea?

I really cannot answer you because I don't know what you really plan to do. If you intend to stay in Korea after your divorce, you will need a reason to stay there -- a working visa, or, if you have a child with the Korean, that can be your reason to stay.
