Bigamy second wife in New Zealand, abandoning children, no financial support above 21 years old

Translation: Can I file a case/lawsuit against my father for bigamy, because he is married to my mother but he married another woman and even faked the details of his second marriage, seen in the marriage certificate? He is now working in New Zealand with his second wife, but they were married here in the Philippines.

Could I also sue/file lawsuit against those involved/accomplices who had hid and kept the secret of my father? Is it too late to file bigamy case against my father? Can we also file a case of not being able to support us, his kids, for 20 years and abandoning us, even if my sibling and I are both above 21 years old now?

I just can't bear to see that my father's siblings are still hiding him from us. We already filed a case against my father, but as we were still young then, I thought that things would change, that's why I stopped the case. I only got the courage again now, because last December 2014, I agains saw pictures of my dad with his other family and with my aunts and uncles, who hid him from us.

We still have a copy of the fake marriage certificate with his second wife. And my mom and my dad also never had an annulment. Would we still have a strong case, if we file bigamy against him, even if they are now living in New Zealand? Do we still have the right to ask for financial support from our father, even if we are now above 21 years old? I'm just looking for justice for what my dad has done to me and my family.
