Nais ko lang po malaman mabibigyan po kaya ako ng warrant of arrest dahil sa kaso ng RA 9262 at RA 7610 non support? Ako naman po ay nag submit na ng counter affidavit na nakalahad doon na hindi ko naman tatalikuran ang obligasyon ko. Hindi lang ako makapag bigay dahil sa wala ako trabaho sa panahon ito. Dahil kung ako ay mabibigyan ng warrant eh napakalaki abala sa akin. Nag aapply po kasi ako papuntang ibang bansa. Ako po ay naghihintay ng resolution sa kaso ito. Maari kaya ma dismiss ang kaso ko dahil nakasaad naman doon sa counter affidavit ko na wala ako trabaho kaya walang support? At handa naman ako magbigay pag nagkaroon
