I'm married person, my husband is in south korea. 2011 ng pumunta sya doon. After a year nagbago sya. Yun pala may iba na syang kinakasama doon. Umuwi sya ng December 2013 pero di kami nagkaayos. Tinigil nya ang sustento niya sa anak nia sa akin. More than a year..naghihingi ako ng sustento ayaw nya magbigay at sabi pa nya bibigyan daw nya ang anak nya kung nasa puder ang anak namin. Pwede ko ba syang padeport?? Salamat. sarah

Ipa-deport? Meaning, you will ask the government of South Korea to expel him from their country? I really dont think that non-payment of support for a child is a ground for deportation.
Magdemanda ka na lang dito. The next time he is home, serve him a copy of the complaint or petition for support. Actually, refusal of a man to support his child is a form of child abuse. So, you can even bring a criminal case against the father of your child. Consult a lawyer.
