Hindi na-isyuhan SSS. Anong karapatan nya?

Itatanong ko lang po yung karapatan ng kinakasama ko. 19 years old palang sya nag tatrabaho na sya bilang labor sa contraction, has having Foreman na sya. Hindi sya nag palit ng amo hanggang ngaun hindi sya inesyohan ng SSS. May karapatan po ba siyang mag reklamo? Reply pls 45 na po asawa ko ngayun


Translation: My partner has been working as a laborer/foreman in a construction. Ever since he started at age 19, he has not been isused an SSS (Social Security Service number) by his employer/boss. Does my partner have the right to complain? My partner is now 45 years old.

Naku, ang employer ay may obligasyon na i-report ang lahat ng empleyado sa SSS. Kapag hindi nai-report ng employer ang empleyado sa SSS, ito ay may kaparusahang kriminal.

Ibig mong sabihin ay 19 years nang nagta-trabaho ang iyong partner sa kumpanyang iyan, kailan man hindi siya kinakaltasan ng hulog para sa SSS? Tignan mo ang mga payslips. Mag-inquire kayo sa SSS. Kasi, saan dinala ng employer niya ang lahat ng mga kinaltas sa kanya? Dapat ay inihuhulog ito at inere-report. Kung walang SSS number ang partner mo, saan nila ito ihuhulog? At bakit naman hindi kumukuha ng SSS number ang partner mo, all these years?

Pumunta kayo sa pinaka-malapit na tanggapan ng SSS at ipakita ninyo ang mga payslip. Magpa-verify at magreklamo kung hindi ini-report o hindi ihinulog ang mga na-deduct para sa SSS. Baka naman may number siya, hindi lang ninyo alam? Magpa-verify sa SSS.
