AWOL, getting last wage salary, clearance previous work, without permission

Translation: Is there no chance for me to get my last pay wage/salary? What documents are needed if I leave a company that I was employed in? I resigned from work, but was not able to go back immediately to get 'endorsed' and so they stated it as AWOL (absent without leave). I actually went back to the company to endorse my colleagues, but I don't have any document as proof of that.

Hindi ko masasagot ang iyong tanong -- una sa lahat, hindi ko alam ang policy or code of conduct ninyo sa company. Ang isa pa, baka kaya withheld ang pay mo, wala kang clearance, or, may mga utang ka, or, may mga breakage ka na dapat ibawas sa iyong last pay.

The best person you can ask is your HR in the company. Usually, clearance lang ang kailangan. You have a right to be paid your last salary, but you must comply with the rules of clearance, etc. in your company.

Hint: since you resigned, you severed your own employment. Since hindi ka naman naghahabla ng illegal dismissal, puede ka pa ngang humingi ng certificate of employment mula sa HR ninyo. Talk to your HR.

Under minimum wage at partial sila magpasahod per cutoff. Wala fin payslip at benefits.
