Paano magreklamo sa POEA ng illegal recruiter? May nagrecruit po samin na direct job sa Japan, magbibigay lang daw po ng 20k para pang process ng papers. March 2016 kami nagbigay. Sabi po wait lang daw para pagsign sa visa application.

Then nag intay po kami, July na po wala pa din po nangyayari. So nagdecide kami na magback out at irefund nalang yun pera.

Then, nagbigay po sila ng palugit na August daw maibabalik ang pera, pagdating daw po ng employer. Then wala pa din po. Sabi nila November daw po, ngayon month. Matatapos na po yung November wala padin po.

Kaya irereklamo nalang po namin sila sa POEA. Tanong ko lang po paano magreklamo dun kung wala naman po silang agency? Tapos ngayon under po sila ng Baymax agency pero yang agency na yan wala pa din po sa poea. Nag aapply palang daw po ng license. Paano po ba magandang gawin dun? Salamat po

Malinaw po na ang inyong agency ay isang illegal recruiter. Puede lang po kayo mag-reklamo sa POEA laban sa isang recruitment agency na LICENSED at REGISTERED. Kung ang agency pong iyan ay hindi lisensiyado at hindi rehistrado, ang kanila pong ginagawang recruitment sa inyo ay ILLEGAL RECRUITMENT.

Sa pulis na po kayo maghabla. Kailangan niyo lang po ng patunay na kayo'y nagbayad ng P20,000. Kung may resibong pinirmahan, iyon ang inyong proof. Kung cheke ang inyong ibinayad, iyong kopya noong tseke ninyo ang proof. Kung pumunta na kayo sa POEA at naka-kuha na kayo ng certification na hindi rehistrado ang agency ninyo, iyon ay proof din.

Sa pulis na po kayo magrereklamo. O kaya, puede kayong pumunta sa isang abogado at kayo'y tutulungan ng abogado na gumawa ng isang complaint affidavit para i-file sa National Prosecution Service (sa fiscal) at ang fiscal na ang mag-pa-file ng illegal recruitment na habla laban sa agency.

Kumuha po kayo ng abogado at nang kayo'y may proteksiyon.
