Pwede ba mag-apply bago passport pag back out agency? Application new passport, visa paid by agency

Translation: Do I have to pay for what the employment agency paid for the visa, if I back out of my job application for work abroad? How can I get my passport from them? Can I just apply for a new passport?

So, the agency has the right to be paid doon sa lahat ng pagod nila para sa iyo.

The best is to ask a lawyer for advice. Ask a lawyer.
