I am an employee here at Al Sharq Factory.

Translation: I am an employee at Al Sharq Factory (Saudi Arabia). My employer/boss wants to lower my wage/salary because I allegedly am not doing my work/what is expected of me, and he wants to place me in a position/job post that I do not like. Shouldn't an employer just let you go back home to the Philippines, if they don't want you?

If you have an employment contract, you and your employer are bound by the terms of the contract. Ibig sabbihin, yung type ng trabaho, iyong sahod, benefits at iyong grounds para ma-terminatte iyong employment. If your employer changes the terms of the contract after you have already begun working, well, that is a violation of the contract especially since binago iyong mga duties mo at ibababa iyong sahod mo.
Yes, you are right, you are supposed to be repatriated. Tapos, after you come back to the Philippines, you can file a case for constructive dismissal against the agency that deployed you there.
Kung direct hire ka, siyempre, wala kang magagawa -- you cannot sue the agency here kasi nga, direct hire ka. Better get a lawyer or else, talk to the labor attache there.
