Terminated in Qatar due to redundancy. What case or lawsuit can I file against employer?

Naka vacation leave ako sa pinas (50 days) from working in Qatar. While na sa vacation, my company informed me to go long leave. After 5 months, pinabalik nila ako sa Qatar and after reporting to my company, they informed me that I will be terminated due to redundancy. What case i can file there in the Philippines against my employer? As of now I have existing bank loan in Qatar.

May agency po ba kayo? O kayo'y direct hire?

Usually, 1/2 month o kaya'y 1 month's salary for every year of service.

Kung kayo'y nag-loan sa Qatar at kayo'y natanggal na sa trabaho, you have to pay your loan. I don't know how you can get out of paying for the loan.
