Naterminate po ako dahil may nagreport na naghomeservice po ako sa iba .

Tapos po iniharap ko po sa management hung sinasabi nilang costumer.para mapatunayang Hindi ko yun ginagawa.

Mate terminate pa po ba ako nun?

Anu po ba any dapat kung gawin? salamat po

Hello. Hindi malinaw sa akin ang post mo sa mga kadahilanang ito:
1. Hindi mo sinabi if you are an OFW or if you are employed locally sa Pilipinas
2. Hindi mo sinabi sa post mo kung ikaw ay may employment contract

These are important kasi, ang issue ng termination ay naka-depend sa mga nilalaman ng employment contract. So, if it says in your contract that you cannot provide home service, then, if there is proof that you you did provide home service, you will be terminated.

But if the home service was done during your days off, I do not think that this can constitute a cause for dismissal. Pero, hindi ko naman alam kung ano ang terms ng iyong employment dahil sa I did not see your contract.

Isa pa, if you are here in the Philippines, sa ilalim ng Labor Code, you are entitled to notice and hearing. You also enjoy security of tenure, meaning you cannot be removed from employment except for cause.

So, mag-post ka ulit. Next time, please supply more facts and information para I can give you an opinion. Mas mabuti, if you consult a lawyer.
