Topic: How long is the application for OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate)? And should I first pay for the P2,500 to Philhealth before I can get the OEC? I have a visa which was released on September 3. Won't there be any problems if I do not leave before September 19? Because that is the expiration date of my medical certificate.

I am not sure about the internal policies regarding an expired medical certificate. I usually handle illegal dismissal cases and money claims. So, hindi kita masasagot for sure.
