Translation: How could we get the SSS death claim of my mother from the death of her father (my grandfather)? Because my grandfather's death was not registered in NSO (National Statistics Office). When he died, none of his siblings nor wife (my grandmother) knew about it, and we don't know where to find the death documents are. My grandfather was working in Manila when he died, but we don't know the name of the company, nor do we know the name of the hospital where he was brought. We just know that he died around in 1970. What could we do?

You must be a legal spouse who depends upon the member for support, a minor child, or a child of majority age pero may physical or intellectual disability. You must file with the SSS for this. If your claim is denied, you will need to file a petition with the SS Commission in Makati.
