Naku, kung sinabi sa iyo na ang lupa ay awarded sa nagbebenta, marahil ito ay award ng gobyerno sa ilalim ng mga programang pabahay sa iilallim ng National Housing Authority. Maaaring ito ay awarded dahil sa na-relocate sila mula sa squatter's area or sa mga danger zone or sa mga area na nagkaroon ng kalamidad.
