Legal ba yung annulment na walang pirma? Annulment without signature

Hello po attorney tanong ko lang po kong legal ba yung annulment na walang perma ng asawa? Hinugot lang daw yung pangalan nila sa NSO dahil may kakilala daw sila na big boss duon sa NSO. Wala pong kaalam alam ang lalaki na annul na siya pwede po ba ang na makasohan ang babae?



Topic: Is an annulment legal if there is no signature of the other involved party? I heard that their marriage contract was just taken by someone the ex-wife knows from the National Statistics Office records, they said it is their big boss in NSO. The husband does not know anything at all, that his marriage to the wife has already been annulled. Can he sue the ex-wife?

Hindi ko maintindihan ang iyong tanong. Tama ba ang intindi ko? Kasal ang babae at lalaki at ang kasal nila ay rehistrado sa NSO? Tapos, ang babae, pina-dukot ang kanilang record doon sa NSO kung kaya't hindi na ito nag-a-appear sa index of marriage? Iyong ba ang iyong ibig sabihin?

KUng iyon ang iyong ibig sabihin, hindi annulment ang tawag doon. kasal pa rin sila iyon nga lang, walang prueba. Ang makakasuhan doon ay iyong taong kumuha at sumira ng record sa NSO -- infidelity at saka destruction of property kasi, ang mga talaan at record sa NSO ay pagmamay-ari ng gobyerno ng Pilipinas.

Sa totoo lang, kung ginawa noong babae iyon, hindi ba dapat ay magdiwang ang lalake -- hindi na siya nakatali sa isang babaeng masama ang ugali? Dapat ay magbunyi ang lalaki. Malaya na siya at maaaring maghanap ng ibang babaeng mas mainam kaysa sa doon sa dati niyang asawa.
