Pano po pala pag lost passport ka? Ano pong pwedeng gawin para makapag apply sa loan po sa owwa? OFW po ako pero may new passport na po ulit. Pwede pa rin po ulit mag aply para makapag loan po?


Translation: If I lost my passport, how can I apply for OWWA (Overseas Workers Welfare Administration) loand? I am an OFW (Overseas Filipino Worker), but I already have a new passport. Can I apply again for OWWA loan?

Naku, your passport is your primary proof of identity. It is also the primary proof that you are an OFW -- na may working visa ka sa ibang bansa. Ito din ang primary proof na ikaw ay umalis sa bansa at naka-suweldo. So, kung wala ang passport mo, how can you prove all that?

maigi siguro, magpa-issue ka ng replacement passport. Kumuha ka ng certification na ikaw ay may Poea-approved contract. Pinaka-mabuti, pumunta ka sa OWWA at magtanong ka kung ano ang gagawin mo para makapag-loan ka. Sila ang makasasagot ng iyong tanong.
