Translation: I bought a piece of land in 2001 and until now, I have not been able to take care of the documents/paperworss, apart from the deed of sale that I have. This is because I've usually been out of the country. When I came back home last December 2014, I found out that the previous owner of the house is occupying the land by planting tress/crops/greenery. In other words, they are claiming ownership of the land/lot, because they are paying for the land tax. What should I do, in order to eject them from the property and clear the paperworks/documents to ownership of the land?
