May kaibigan po ako na nasa abroad. Gusto niya magbakasyon sa Pinas. Kaso po natatakot sya na baka may naghihintay na kaso sa kanya o hulihin sya sa airport. Kase nag post po siya ng hubad na katawan ng isang babae sa Facebook.. Yung babae daw po ay naging lover ng asawa nya. Sa sobrang galit kaya nya nagawa. Yung babae nagbanta na kakasuhan sya. Pano po niya malalaman na kinasuhan siya? Pwede ba sya hulihin or harangin na lang sa airport kung sakaling umuwi sya?
Translation: I have a friend who is now abroad, and wants to go back home to the Philippines for a vacation. But she is afraid that there may be a case filed against her and she would be arrested when she arrives at the airport. This is because she posted a nude photo of a woman on Facebok. Allegedly, this woman was the lover of her husband. My friend was so mad that she posted the nude photograph of this girl. So this girl threatened to file a lawsuit/ case against my friend. How can my friend find out if there is a case file against her in the Philippines? Could she be arrested/ detained when she arrives at the Philippine airport?
