Land title amotization National Housing Authority, Bagong Silang Caloocan City

May kinuha po kami lupa sa Bagong Silang, Caloocan City. Nakapangalan sa tatay ko, sya po kasi ang naghuhulog nun sa NHA. Ngayon po patay na sya. May babayaran pa po ba kami sa lupa o samin na po iyon, dahil wala na po ang tatay ko?


We bought a piece of land in Bagong Silang, Caloocan City, Metro Manila. The land title was under my father's name, since he made monthly amortization/installments to the NHA (National Housing Authority). Now my father passed away / is deceased. Do we still need to pay for anything for the land, or is the land now ours, since our father is dead?

Kung ang tatay mo ang awardee ng lupa, ang lupa ay nasa pangalan niya. Kung ito'y tapos na niyang hulugan (usually ay 25 years to pay o kaya'y 15 years to pay). Dapat ay makuha ninyo ang titulo mula sa NHA at ito ay dapat ninyong ipa-lipat na sa pangalan ng "Heirs of (name of your father)".

Dapat ay magpa-verify kayo sa NHA. Kung ito'y nakuha sa ilalim ng PAG-IBIG o ng National Home Morgtgage Fund, doon ninyo ito ive-verify. Doon ninyo malalaman kung fully paid na o may babayaran pa kayo.

paano mam kung di pa po tapos hulugan ng tatay ko tapos nawala napo siya?
