    Hindi malinaw sa akin, ang ibig mo bang sabihin ay dito kayo sa Pinas magpapakasal sa huwes? kasi, kung dito, kailangan kumuha yung Korean ng certificate mula sa NSO nila sa Korea sa katunayan na siya ay hindi kasal sa Korea at kung kasal man, siya'y na-diborsiyo na kung kaya't malaya na siyang magpakasal sa iyo.

    Itong documento na itong mula sa Korean Embassy ay ipi-presenta ninyo sa Office of the Civil Registrar kung saan kayo mag-aaply ng marriage license. Kailangan ng mga birth certificate ninyo, at kung between the ages of 18-21 ang babae, kailangan ng consent ng magulang. Kung 21-25, parental advice.

    Kailangan ninyong mag-attend ng seminar sa family planning sa munisipyo or kaya'y mula sa pastor, ministro o pari sa simbahan na kinabibilangan ninyo (kung meron). Tapos, ipa-publish ng Civil Registrar ang inyong application para kung may tututol, makikita. Kung wala namang tututol, iisyuhan kayo ng marriage license.

    Ito ngayong marriage license na ito ang dadalhun ninyo sa huwes. Alamin ninyo kung saang huwes kayo pupunta (kailangan ay MTC or RTC). At kailangan ay makipag-ugnayan kayo dahil sa may schedule din sila kung ano'ng araw nagkakasal ang huwes. Aalamin din ninyo kung may iba pang kailangang dokumento ang hihingin ng husgado sa inyo.

    Magtanong sa Office of the Civil Registrar na pinaka-malapit sa tinitirhan ninyo. Magtanong din sa huwes na pinaka-malapit. Hindi puede sa mayor, barangay captain or governor. Sa huwes mismo, sa Hall of Justice.
