May tinulungan po ako makarating dito sa Dubai. Hanggang ngayon di pa sila nagbabayad ng lahat ng ginastos ko. May trabaho na sila.

I have only one question: do you have a license as a recruiter? Kasi, if you do not have a license to recruit and deploy workers abroad, you have actually committed an act of illegal recruitment. You see, under Philippine laws, you can only recruit and deploy workers for work abroad if you are properly licensed by the POEA. If you are not licensed and you have deployed workers for work abroad, you have committed illegal or unlicensed recruitment -- this is a criminal offence.

Another question: were the workers you deployed under a registered employment contract with the POEA? If not, the workers you deployed abroad were considered as "direct hire" -- this is also a violation of the Labor Code.

So, if you have a contract or agreement the worker(s) you deployed abroad and they promised to pay you a fee for deploying them abroad, that contract is not enforceable because its object is illegal. You cannot go to court and force them to pay you what amounts to a recruitment fee.

Additionally, if you paid for their airfare, you can probably ask for a reimbursement of what you paid for. However, you must be ready just in case you are charged for illegal recruitment. Please consult a lawyer.
