Naguguluhan ako bakit ang apelyido niya ang ginamit ng husband niya? Well, hindi ko alam ang law ng Europe kung ganito ba talaga ang gagamitin ng husband nila doon. Ang importante kung ang kasal nila doon ay valid at hindi labag sa batas natin dito ay magiging valid naman rito. So dito sa atin maaring gamitin ng kapatid mo ang surname ng kanyang husband dahil may marriage certificate naman sila.
Yan po yung problema kase kasal na sila tapos apilido ng ate ko yung ginamit ng lalaki. Valid naman daw ito sa law sa Europe at tsaka dito sa Pinas. Kaso lang po pag-uwi nila dito sa Pinas hindi magagamit ng ate ko yung surname ng husband nya kase nga surname na ng ate ko yung kanya. At tsaka po hindi po kaaya kaya dahil parang magka kapatid na kaming lahat nun.
