Ang lupa kasi na naibigay sa mga kapitbahay at pamilya ko ay dating pagmamay ari ng mayamang tao sa amin at ito ay ibinigay ng DAR sa mga tenants pero hindi pa ito fully paid ng LandBank doon sa may ari.
Sa ngayon kukunin ulit ng dating may ari kasi hindi pa daw sila binayaran ng Landbank at yung ibang tenants ay di pa fully paid sa kani kanilang mga awarded na lupa.
Maari ba itong makuha uli ng dating may ari kahit may titulo na ito na awarded sa mga tao?

Hindi na po ito makukuhang muli dahil ang may obligasyon sa may ari ng lupa ay ang gobyerno na through Landbank. Since titled na rin ang property magiging private property na ito na pag aari ng mga tenants. Pwede lang ito maibalik sa may ari kung ito ay bibilhin nila from the tenants yan if walang prohibition na nakasaad sa title nito.
Maraming salamat po sa mga sagot ninyo, kami po ay nag alala sa mga posibleng mangyari dahil sa ngayon ay inaasikaso na raw ng isa sa anak ng dating may-ari ng lupa na kukunin nila ito ulit. Hindi kasi umaaksyon ang Landbank at ang DAR nito.
