Hindi dahil kung walang sapat na ebidensya sa pagpafile palang ng complaint lalo for criminal case the Office of the Prosecutor will dismiss it dahil walang probable cause.
Maraming Salamat po,yan po kasi ang banta niya sa akin ngayon ay napapaisip po ako dahil ang laki na po ng nagastos ko makabalik lang sa Dubai tapos magigung useless lang dahil kung madedeport po ako.Isa pa pong tanong ko,may anak po kasi kami 1 nasa akin po siya and we are living with my parents po.Kanina pmunta ako sa dswd upang i-clarify ang tungkol sa kasunduan na nilagdaan naman last year about kung saan mapupunta ang bata sa araw na bumalik ako abroad.Ngayon po ang nakalagay doon since kasal kami ay sa tatay ang bata.Wala naman po akong tutol doon,ang concern ko lang po ay gustong kunin ng tatay niya ang anak namin kinabukasan after ko umalis ng bansa eh nagaaral po ang bata dito pwede po ba yun?
